If your consultation request is accepted but later cancelled due to unforeseen or mitigating circumstances, you will be given the option to:
Request another consultation session, or
Receive a full refund, as per your preference.
A cancellation acknowledgment will be sent within 7 working days, and the refund will be credited to your payment account within 15 to 30 working days.
2. Overcharged Transactions
If your credit/debit card or payment account has been overcharged, please notify info@getsolutionqbooks.store immediately.
The excess amount will be refunded to your account within 15 working days.
Conversely, if the payment made is less than the actual fee, www.getsolutionqbooks.store will debit the outstanding amount and notify you.
3. General Refund Conditions
Except as mentioned in this Refund Policy, no other refund situations are generally entertained by www.getsolutionqbooks.store.
In exceptional circumstances, we will work with you to find a mutually acceptable resolution. Our aim is to maintain a positive and fair client relationship.
Please note, the maximum refundable amount shall not exceed the amount paid for services involving Lawyers, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Accountants, Relationship Executives, or panel consultants of www.getsolutionqbooks..store.
4. Client Responsibilities
No refund will be processed in cases where:
www.getsolutionqbooks..store has already delivered the service.
The client has failed to provide the required documents, information, or clarification necessary for service delivery.
5. Refund Request Deadline
Refund requests are only accepted if made within 36 hours of placing the order.
If the order processing has already begun within that time, the refund will not be applicable.
6. Refund Deductions and Processing
In all approved refunds (except where waived by management), a 15% deduction will be made towards online payment processing charges.
Refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method (Bank/Credit Card account).
